Shipping policy

mirasorauto ships products from within the United Kingdom and currently delivers only to eligible UK addresses.

Service area

We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or BFPO addresses. An order submitted for an unsupported destination may be cancelled and refunded.

Processing and delivery estimates

Order cut-off time: 18:00 UK time, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 18:00, at weekends or on UK public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Order processing: 1-2 business days.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3-5 business days.

Delivery charge: free standard UK delivery, with no minimum spend.

Carriers: Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or another suitable UK carrier.

Tracking: provided after dispatch where supported by the carrier.

Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates. Severe weather, carrier disruption, incorrect addresses and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays. We will contact you if a material delay becomes known.

Address checks and delivery issues

Check the delivery address before placing your order. Contact us promptly if a change is needed; changes are possible only before dispatch and cannot be guaranteed. If tracking shows a problem, or an order does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimate, email us with your order number.

Taxes

Product prices include UK VAT where applicable. No separate standard UK delivery charge is added at checkout.
