Information we collect
Identity and contact details, such as name, delivery and billing address and email address.
Order and transaction details, including products purchased, payment status, returns and customer-service communications. We do not directly store complete card details.
Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser, device, cookie identifiers and site activity, where generated by Shopify, security tools, consented advertising technology or installed service providers.

How and why we use information
To accept payment, fulfil orders, deliver goods and handle returns under our contract with you.
To answer enquiries, prevent fraud, secure the store and administer our business based on contractual necessity, legal obligations and legitimate interests.
To meet tax, accounting, consumer-protection and other legal requirements.
With consent where required, to operate non-essential cookies and Google advertising services.
Service providers and sharing
We share information only where reasonably necessary with Shopify, payment providers, delivery carriers, IT and hosting providers, fraud-prevention providers, professional advisers, regulators and authorities. These recipients process information under their own notices or contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Google advertising
We use Google Ads to promote our products. Google or its partners may process device, browser and cookie information where permitted by your cookie choices and applicable law. We do not currently enable a separate Google Ads conversion-tracking tag. Our use of services or Shopify apps may change; the cookie banner and this notice should be reviewed whenever an app or tracking tool is added.
Cookies, transfers and retention
Essential cookies support checkout, security and core store functions. Non-essential cookies are controlled through our cookie consent banner where required. Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom; where applicable, recognised safeguards are used. We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements.
Your rights
